Making a claim
We understand that it can be very stressful if you need to make a claim. Our Claims Team will be there to help you and assist when you need it most. If an event occurs that is likely to result in a claim, the following checklist will help you ensure that you have done everything you need to do, so that your claim can be assessed quickly.
First you should:
- Secure your car.
- Report the incident or loss to the police where it must be reported by law;
- Contact us by submitting your claim online or call our claims team on 1300 30 16 18
- If you are unable to contact the claims team, do what you can to prevent any further loss or damage to your vehicle including having it towed to the nearest place of safety.
