Need to make a car insurance claim? Unsure what to do?
- Secure your car.
- Report the loss or incident to the police when this is required by law or your policy.
- Gather as much detail from the other party as possible.
- Have your licence details readily available.
- Call our claims team on 13 PAYD.
If you are unable to contact the claims team, do what you can to prevent any further loss or damage to your vehicle including having it towed to the nearest place of safety.
